Steve has been practicing law in Libertyville since 1993. Steve is the Co-Chair of the Lake County Bar Associations Real Estate Committee. Steve has vast experience in handling real estate sales and purchases; foreclosure defense; mortgage loan modifications, bankruptcy and estate planning.
Due to Steves experience and knowledge he is often asked to speak at various bar association seminars to help educate other lawyers. Steve has spoken on many topics such as: What Every Real Estate Lawyer Needs to Know about Bankruptcy ,Defending a Foreclosure to obtain a Loan Modification, and Affirmative Defenses in Foreclosure
